LAURELHURST COMMUNITY CENTER

VIA Suzuki was commissioned by the Seattle Department of Parks and Recreation for architectural planning and design of the expansion to the landmarked Laurelhurst Community Center.

The work includes both improvements to the existing facility and supplemental recreation space in a new addition. Our work includes liaison with Seattle Parks and neighborhood representatives to respond to community needs and achieve the best fit between the historic structure and the forward-looking new addition.
