THE CRYSTAL This project represents a new wave of suburban mixed-use development; one that is distinctly “urban” in its essence, inspiration and manifestation. The 750,000 sq. ft. five building complex is a multi-level development with spaces for retail, office, a conference hotel, a residential high-rise and a residential low rise. The core of retail and restaurant space was sold to individual owners and operators prior to the start of construction in December 1997. This mixed-use regional town center was completed in the fall of 1999.
