VIA worked with RTPO and the City of Vancouver in a precinct planning process as a key element in the process of "Community Repair".

Rezoned in 2000 with unanimous council and community support 20,000 sq. feet of Commercial space known as the Hub is being developed by International Land in tandem with the Ticket Hall - the flagship portal to the Millennium Line.
