CONCORD PACIFIC PLACE Team members since 1988 in the redevelopment of the Expo 86 site, VIA Architecture was appointed in 1991 as the prime consultant for the redevelopment plan of this 100-acre parcel of land between BC Place and the Granville Street Bridge. The objective is to achieve lively, pedestrian-oriented neighbourhoods built around the opportunities of a unique waterfront setting. International Award: Pacific Coast Builder’s Conference, Golden Nugget Award for Best Community Plan 1992 & 1997
