HERITAGE HALL
VANCOUVER, CANADA

The Old Mount Pleasant Post Office was built in 1916 and designated a Heritage structure in 1974. Unoccupied for several years, renovations were commenced in 1983. The ground floor, with its large trompe l’oeil mural painted by Susan Baker, has transformed the ground floor into an elegant assembly hall. The basement houses a forty seat studio theatre and the upper floors, office space.

This popular landmark was awarded the 1985 Civic Heritage Award.
