Aegis Madison is an urban assisted living community located in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood.  The project includes both living and memory care living units over structured parking and a lively first floor that responds to both the busy Madison Street and the quieter residential neighborhood to the north.

Through the use of exterior terraces and careful sculpting of the building, views  range from Mt. Baker to the north to Mt. Rainier to the south.
