VIA teamed with Fehr and Peers, Hough Beck & Baird, and Heartland to initiate a series of workshops with Bellevue staff to discuss how to encourage this busy commercial area in the Bel-Red Corridor’s incremental urbanization toward the vision identified in the Bel-Red Sub Area Plan.

 

The goal for the project was to balance limited public investment between open space, high-quality, compact redevelopment, and improved non-motorized infrastructure.
