VIA Architecture was responsible for the space planning, layout, detailed design and construction administration of this renovation of a 100-year-old heavy timber warehouse in Vancouver's Yaletown district as well as base building improvements and code upgrades. This 5,130 square foot office space makes optimal use of natural lighting, recycled doors and furniture, raised computer flooring and exposure of the original heavy timber and brick structure.
