Bremerton Towers is part of an urban renaissance that will create a more vibrant, livable and walkable character in downtown Bremerton. This catalyst project proposes 470 residential units in three 17 story high-rise towers, and one four story mid-rise building. The ground floors include mix of restaurant and retail spaces to activate the streets and public realm. This will be Bremerton s first true high-rise building and will feature bold iconic tower tops.

Advancing the goals of sustainability and low carbon lifestyles, Bremerton Towers is targeting LEED Silver certification. At the heart of one of Puget Sound s prime urban centers and within walking distance of the ferries, jobs and retail services, this project offers less dependency on cars.
