This landmark residential tower on the prime site in Downtown South, was at the forefront of the successful rezoning of this inner city area from industrial/commercial to residential uses.

Modern in building form and yet responsive to its historic context, urban and dynamic in character and yet private and secure in its amenity, it was exhibited by the City Planning Department as exemplifying the quality of Vancouver development.
