VIA was responsible for conceptual design and rezoning, and provided owner's representative services for the design-build of this 19,000-seat arena-home to the Vancouver Canucks hockey team. GM Place was the first arena in Canada in 65 years to be privately financed, and its mix of commercial and recreational uses includes approval for a future office tower.
