TransLink is building Golden Ears Bridge as a link between Surrey/Langley and Pitt Meadows/Maple Ridge. Delivered within a Design-Build-Finance-Operate framework, VIA Architecture is developing the process for design-build guidelines and reviewing the development/approval of bids.

This assignment has required the balance of encouraging and sustaining the bidder's design creativity in a project reality driven by the bottom line of a competitive bidding process.
