Sandestin, FL

Located in the Deep South of the Florida Panhandle, this Club Intrawest resort uses regional building and landscaping traditions to develop an authentic sense of place. In the Sandestin Beach and Golf Resort, great care was taken in setting the Club so it overlooks the sunsets of the charming Choctawatchee Bay and Jolee Island yet respects the nearby sensitive wetlands. VIA designed the 120-unit resort in two phases, with the first half being completed in 2002.
