Part of our work on the Evergreen Line in Vancouver includes a 1.25 mile tunnel that has portals in two very different urban fabric conditions. As the owner's architect and urban designer for the provincial ministry of transportation, we are responsible for completing 30% design and producing the design build RFP documents.
