The Olympic Village Energy District required specific design requirements and guidelines for new buildings that were to be built within transitional aging industrial and warehouse districts. The master plan coordinated the technical team and established the form, character and design guidelines for the design build competition. The competition will result in a coordinated energy district near downtown Vancouver that will act as the Olympic Village this coming winter.
