Building upon GIS data, municipal OCPs and zoning, it incorporates our expertise and community collaboration in judging the likelihood of development and provides catchment population and effective walk up rates for a given station location.

With a capacity to evaluate a variety of future development scenarios, changing impacts of market conditions and a flexible time horizon the Calculator assists municipalities and transit agencies to explore a finer grain of ridership potential, hypotheses for directing growth and sustainable, high quality urban environments.
