The Obelisk is the second phase of the Henderson Centre development. It will be the tallest building in the city of Coquitlam when completed.

A 3,500 square meter single tenant retail space responds to the Coquitlam Centre Mall at the west elevation. To the south and east, landscaping terraced from the ground plane up to the second level amenity spaces serves as a buffer and neighbourhood amenity to existing low-rise townhouse developments, as well as creating an inviting entrance to the earlier phase of the project.

From this landscaped forecourt, the tower rises 35 storeys to provide magnificent views of the local mountains to the north and Mt. Baker to the south.
