VIA Architecture is designing a new 15,000 seat waterfront stadium, home for the Vancouver Whitecaps Football Club. In addition to world class soccer, the stadium is capable of hosting other major international sporting and cultural events, and has the potential to be expanded to 30,000 seats.

Built above the existing Canadian Pacific Railway tracks adjacent to Waterfront Station, it will be the most transit friendly stadium in North America. The Stadium will showcase sustainable building practices along with the best of British Columbia design, construction and building materials.

The project also includes future mixed use development adjacent to Granville Square, the former CP Station and its transit hub.
