VIA Vancouver is seeking exceptional candidates for the position of Transit/Urban Infrastructure Architect.

Key Skills

  • Politically astute client and project lead comfortable presenting to and facilitating process with both public and private audiences;
  • Connecter of disciplines, clients, stakeholders and municipalities, building bridges to achieve the best results for the project;
  • 3D thinker comfortable with addressing complex sites,  geometries and stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities  

  • Strategic leadership of Infrastructure and Transit market pursuits;
  • Project management and design team leadership;
  • Client care and communication.

 Desired Experience

  • Licensed Architect with 10-15 years of professional practice;
  • Career focus and recent projects in complex multi-disciplinary public sectors such as transit architecture, urban design, or infrastructure design.
